Community Halloween "Trick or Treat Trail" Booth Sign Up Form

Here's the vision: combine the post pandemic concept of "Trunk or Treat" with the traditional trick or treat experience. Let's be real - there aren't many neighborhoods on the Ridge that allow for a door to door to door experience for trick or treaters. Utilizing the event area at the Terry Ashe Center, community members may now reserve a space on the TARC grounds to erect an Easy Up/canopy that will be decorated in true family friendly(not too scary) fashion. Please see the map below and the example of the decorated canopy to start your brainstorming and seasonal design concepts.

There will be a $20 reservation fee for your space. Each space will be entered into the competition for "Most Festive Design" - which will be voted upon by the attendees. A pre-event meeting will occur to ensure the best possible experience for both attendees and booth builders.
