What: Dance Fusion is a low-impact exercise dance class designed to tone and tighten muscles while relieving stress. The class is open to all levels of participants, and it has a $5.00 drop-in fee.
When: The class takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and on Fridays from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Where: The classes are held at the Terry Ashe Rec Center, located at 6626 Skyway, Paradise.
Why: The class offers an opportunity for participants to engage in physical activity that combines dance and exercise, making it a fun and effective way to improve fitness and reduce stress.
Additionally, participants are encouraged to wear comfortable closed-toed shoes for safety and comfort during the class.
