Tai Chi and Qigong forms are choreographed move-ments set by the ancient Chinese to promote health, wellbeing, and longevity. They have been proven to lower blood pressure, relieve stress, increase flexibility, stamina, balance, and awareness. Students will work with the 37 Posture Yang short form and certain Qigong sets while also learning how to incorporate breath, in-tent, and body awareness.
