Facility Reservation Policies

 

  • NO alcoholic beverages allowed (in certain parks it is allowed with previous knowledge, deposit, and additional insurance).
  • NO private amplified sound systems are allowed at Bille Park Expansion. 
  • NO amplified sound systems allowed at other parks without prior approval from District Manager. 
  • NO dogs allowed in Park except in designated areas of Bille Park and Moore Road Park. Must be on leash. 

Bring receipt to event. Park will remain open to the public. Confirm reservation one week prior to event.

**NOTE** YOUR REQUESTED RESERVATION TIME IS THE TOTAL TIME ALLOTTED FOR YOUR EVENT. THIS INCLUDES SET UP TIME (DECORATING), EVENT TIME, AND CLEAN UP.

IF YOU CANCEL THIS EVENT, A 20% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE CHARGED. 
NO REFUNDS 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION.

PARADISE RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
In consideration for being permitted by the Paradise Recreation and Park District to use the above facility and/or equipment, the Applicant/User agrees to be solely responsible for any and all liability, claim, loss, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or resulting from any injury to persons or damage to property which arise out of its use of the District's facilities. User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the District, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers against any and all such claims, demands, causes of action, suits and expenses, including defense costs, arising out of or resulting from its use of the District facilities.
