Zumba Toning

Combines muscle toning with original Latin based rhythms of Zumba. This is a safe and effective redefining total body workout that combines light weights with fun Zumba moves and music. Please bring your light weights to class. 1-2 pounds—no heavier.

Session I: September 6—October 18—6 weeks
Session II: October 25—December 12—8 weeks

Fee: $5 per class / punch card required
