Camp Courage is a five-day adventure camp driven by the opportunity to share exciting activities that foster leadership development and community building. Through teambuilding exercises, adventure programming, and classic outdoor recreation principles such as self-reflection, goal setting, and gratitude awareness, participants will be treated to five days of “fun with a purpose”. This trauma and resiliency informed day camp will visit several program providers in the Outdoor Education for All partnership in order to experience standards-based activities that meet a series of Healing Trauma Through Nature initiative goals.
