Discovery Club Scholarships

Paradise Recreation and Park District together with the Grosso Endowment Fund are offering scholarships for area youth who would like to participate in Discovery Club but may be limited by income restrictions.

Interested applicants should call the District office (872-6393) beginning
January 5, 8:00am to schedule an appointment. All details of the scholarship will be kept completely confidential. Scholarships will be available until funds are exhausted.

Discovery Club

This after-school recreation program starts the first day of classes for Paradise Elementary, Ponderosa Elementary, & Children’s Community Charter School. These programs will offer a variety of activities to enrich your child’s life both socially and
physically and provide a safe after-school environment. Arts, crafts, organized
games and an ongoing homework table will lend to the fun of DISCOVERY CLUB. Registration is now being taken at the Terry Ashe Recreation Center.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY CAMP

Does your child need a fun and energetic place to be on those week days when there is no school? Join us at the Aquatic Park
Recreation Building for a great time with arts and crafts, organized games, friendship and fun. Bring your lunch and a snack, we’ll provide the activities. Space is limited for
this program, so sign up early. Registration
must be completed by noon the day before camp is held. Session will be cancelled by
noon the day before if minimum registration
is not met.
