Reflexology for Beginners **NEW CLASS**
There are reflexes on the feet and hands that relate to every
organ, gland, muscle, and bone in the body. Learn how to
manipulate these reflexes and their location to help relieve
muscle pain and relax the whole body. Bring a pillow and be
prepared to take notes.

Basic First Aid with CPR (Adult/Pediatric)
Adult/Pediatric CPR course. Basic First Aid offers the participant
a thorough hands-on learning experience. National cognitive
and skills curriculum are observed. Participants who completethe course receive a two-year certification card. This course
includes the American Heart Association New Science, NOT recommended
for licensed childcare providers. See Pediatric First
Aid class.

Pediatric First Aid (Includes Pediatric/Adult CPR)
This class combines Basic First Aid with Pediatric/Adult CPR and
utilizes many pediatric scenarios. This course meets the State
of California requirements for licensed childcare providers.
Adult CPR is required when providing care for children 8 years
and older.

BLS For Healthcare Providers (Includes AED)
This course is designed for healthcare professionals, including
physicians, dentists, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, nursing assistants
and a wide variety of others working in the healthcare
industry. It should also be used for anyone preparing to become
a BLS instructor. Successful participants will be issued a twoyear
certification card. This course includes the American Heart
Association New Science.

CPR: Child/Infant (Pediatric Basic Life Support)
This class is specifically designed to teach the basics of
child/infant CPR. Techniques will be taught through lecture,
demonstration, slides and “hands on” experience. This class is
excellent for parents as well as those working with children
such as babysitters. Does not include first aid.

CPR For Family and Friends (Adult Heartsaver)
This is the most basic CPR course available
to the general public and is designed to
meet the needs of the lay rescuers who are
learning CPR to protect family members,
friends and coworkers. Participants are
not required to pass a written or skills
evaluation and do not receive a credential.
