Reflexology for Beginners **NEW CLASS**

There are reflexes on the feet and hands that relate to every organ, gland, muscle, and bone in the body. Learn how to manipulate these reflexes and their location to help relieve muscle pain and relax the whole body. Bring a pillow and be prepared to take notes.

Basic First Aid with CPR (Adult/Pediatric)

Adult/Pediatric CPR course. Basic First Aid offers the participant a thorough hands-on learning experience. National cognitive and skills curriculum are observed. Participants who completethe course receive a two-year certification card. This course includes the American Heart Association New Science, NOT recommended

Pediatric First Aid (Includes Pediatric/Adult CPR)

This class combines Basic First Aid with Pediatric/Adult CPR and utilizes many pediatric scenarios. This course meets the State of California requirements for licensed childcare providers. Adult CPR is required when providing care for children 8 years and older.

BLS For Healthcare Providers (Includes AED)

This course is designed for healthcare professionals, including physicians, dentists, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, nursing assistants and a wide variety of others working in the healthcare industry. It should also be used for anyone preparing to become
a BLS instructor. Successful participants will be issued a twoyear certification card. This course includes the American Heart Association New Science.

CPR For Family and Friends (Adult Heartsaver)

This is the most basic CPR course available to the general public and is designed to
meet the needs of the lay rescuers who are learning CPR to protect family members,
friends and coworkers. Participants are not required to pass a written or skills
evaluation and do not receive a credential.
